The accuracy calculation method of the product of the rope displacement sensor is as follows:
1. The potentiometer is used as the pull-rope displacement sensor of the measuring element, and its accuracy is related to the potentiometer. The potentiometer can be 0.3%, 0.15%, 0.1% and other accuracy, plus the eccentricity of the wire wheel (±0.02mm), if it is a current output, there are voltage/current conversion errors, and assembly errors, the actual accuracy is difficult to be equal to the potentiometer . You can add 0.05% to the accuracy of the potentiometer, based on this, you can give customer parameters.
2. The encoder is used as the cable displacement sensor of the measuring element, and its accuracy is well calculated. Commonly used encoders have 3600 pulses per revolution and 5000 pulses per revolution. If the customer requires a resolution of 0.05mm, if you choose 3600 lines (encoder with 3600 pulses per revolution), the stroke per revolution should not exceed 180mm , the diameter of the reel should be (180/3.1415926)-0.7 or 1=56.59 or 56.29mm, and a standard reel of 56mm can meet customer requirements. Of course, if the customer requires a long stroke and needs to use a large wire wheel, an encoder with 5000 lines should be used, and then calculate the resolution. Note, don't think that you can choose encoders with more lines. There are 10,000 lines above 5,000 lines, and the price is high, reaching tens of thousands of yuan. It is not cost-effective to choose, so generally do not choose
