18 Series Magnetostrictive Displacement Sensor
Applications: Injection molding machines, bottle blowing machines, die casting machines, rubber molding machines, brick presses, sign making machines, paint sprayers, metal and woodworking machinery, automobiles and mobile machinery.
The operating principle of magnetostriction (Absopos) is achieved by analyzing the feedback signal of two magnetic fields inductively inducted to each other. The first magnetic field is operated on the sensor housing using a permanent magnet. The second magnetic field is generated by a pulse generator. When the two magnetic fields induct each other, an absolute position signal is fed back at ultrasonic speed. The precision circuit system analyzes the ultrasonic waveform and then outputs an accurate and high-resolution position signal, allowing the machine to enter production status in real time.
Detailed Introduction
Advantages of magnetostrictive displacement sensors
FOR EXTREMELY ACCURATE, LOW- NOISE, AND WEAR-FREE ABSOLUTE POSITION FEEDBACK
Magnetostrictive displacement sensors use non-contact ultrasonic measurement technology. They provide the best linear and absolute position measurement. The aluminum molded housing can be used with two forms of permanent magnet sliders for non-contact measurement. Directly replace the resistive potentiometer without mechanical modification. The open rail housing design can reduce damage to the sensor due to installation errors.
