▲CPU self-test

The grating adopts CPU self-test. When the grating itself fails (such as: light source is not synchronized, light source intensity is insufficient, light projection drive circuit error, main control circuit error, cable problem, and receiving drive circuit error, main control circuit error, CPU error), the grating can ensure that no error signal is sent to the controlled device to ensure the safety of the grating.

▲Dual independent OSSD output

In terms of output, in pursuit of better safety, dual independent redundant output is adopted, so that automatic fault prevention has high safety, and can directly drive safety relays and safety PLCs.

▲External relay contact bonding protection (EDM) function

When the output signal of the grating needs to be connected to the customer's ordinary relay/contactor device, in order to ensure the safety of the entire system, the safety grating has the EDM function of monitoring the "external relay contact status" to prevent the loss of safety functions due to external relay bonding failure.

After 3 seconds of power-on, the grating can make the equipment work normally, which can give operators and equipment a buffer time to improve the safety of equipment and personnel.
